Current Issue - Fall 2011

Welcome to the Fall 11 issue of FACES Magazine!

In this, the 26th edition of FACES, we peek into the lives of writer and business woman Kristin Donnan Standard; popular singer and ice skater Jennifer Hanson; Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary founder and cowboy, Dayton Hyde (and his sidekick, Susan Watt); and Rapid City multi-media artist and teacher Bob H. Miller. Our resident humorist James Van Nuys plays Dungeons and Dragons in this issue’s Learning Curve, and we are introduced to longtime advertisers, the physicians in the GI Division of Rapid City Medical Center, our “Faces up Front.” We found Piedmont’s Martha Nelson and Kyle’s Manuel Hatten “Out and About in the Black Hills,” and disclose our mistakes and updates in “Follow-ups and Foul-Ups.” Also, don’t forget to read through the Ad Libs to find out what is going on in the business lives of our 73 advertisers from across the Black Hills.
